I am originally from South Wales, from a village named Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan. I moved to Corfu in 1980 and have worked in tourism for the last 40 years. I joined CV Villas in 2019 as the customer service specialist. I love the job and sorting out the issues I get faced with. The teams throughout the company are a pleasure to work with.

Describe the perfect day in your destination?
Waking up to spectacular views in any season is always a wonderful way to start the dat. On top of that, relaxing with family and friends, good food and lots of laughter is always enjoyable.
What are your top travel tips for your destination?
Eat in local tavernas, visit the island, learn about local traditions and where the local festivals are. Explore Corfu Town as it's a UNESCO Heritage Site, and visit beaches, ride boats and local buses - it's all an adventure.
What local cuisine would you recommend to people staying in your destination?
Local Corfiot cuisine is some of the best found in Greece. Pastitsada. sofrito, Bourdetto. Something for every taste and dietary requirement.
What experiences would you recommend to our customers in your destination?
Hiring a boat and seeing the island from the water is an ideal and extremely beautiful way, stopping off for swimming and mealsi n many of the wonderful tavernas along the way.
