Describe the perfect day in your destination?

A perfect day for me would start with a nice relaxing breakfast and then set off to one of the beautiful beaches based on the island.Either by boat or by car. Also a day sail with a private yacht with a skipper would be a fantastic opportunity to explore the nearby islands like Meganissi/Kalamos/Kastos for snorkelling and swimming at the crystal clear deep blue waters. Also for those who love either trekking or cycling, a day out to the waterfalls including swimming and a stop for a coffee next to the river and then late lunch at the nearby tavern located under the trees, would also be also a nice suggestion.

What are your top travel tips for your destination?

There are quite a few options for those who wish to explore some of the unique nearby islands/caves and beaches. People can hire a boat or rib and be independent or they can have a rib with a skipper who will take them to some beautiful spots. Another option would be a day out with a small cruise boat- max capacity 40 people- for a beautiful day out to Kalamos/Kastos- where people can see the dolphins-food included on board. For those who like sailing- a day sailing with a skipper is also an option.

What local cuisine would you recommend to people staying in your destination?

Greek cuisine is what most customers ask for. Of course there are Italian and Chinese restaurants for those who wish to try something different. There are some very nice traditional tavernas around where people can enjoy a nice meal.

What experiences would you recommend to our customers in your destination?

I would recommend paragliding for the most adventurous ones and a day out to the caves near Meganissi island with a boat either with a skipper or independent. Of course there are always suggestions and recommendations for those who want something more relaxing, in this case people can relax next to the pool of their villa and experience a massage and reflexology from an experienced massage therapist or have a chef in the villa for a day to cook for them the dishes of their choice!!!
