I started working in the travel industry in 2002 and from then on in, I knew I didn't want to leave the industry. During my career, which has almost always been in sales in some capacity, I have worked for large, small and specialist tour operators selling anything from short cruises around the UK to the remote parts of Alaska, and delightful fly and flops. I joined CV Villas in 2022 and love the variety of villas and destinations that we feature.

What is your favourite destination? 

I have been lucky enough to travel the world, so this question is very difficult for me. I loved travelling around Alaska, exploring the vast remote state, wonderful scenery and abundance of wildlife. The Caribbean is also up there for me for a more chilled holiday. With their relaxed way of life and stunning beaches, what's not to love?

Which destination is top of your bucket list and why?

I would love to travel more around Italy as the last time I visited was over 20 years ago. The destinations we sell and the villas we feature look absolutely wonderful, so that's definitely up there for me!  

How do you spend your time whilst on holiday?

Depending on the type of holiday I'm on, you'll either find me exploring every inch of the area/country i'm travelling to, or by the pool or beach (where I won't move from for 2 weeks!)

What's your top travel tip?

For each of our holidays, we've got a dedicated Destination Expert. Make sure to use their local knowledge to get the most out of your holiday. Also, book your car hire and boat hire when you book your villa to avoid disappointment later on.
