About the villa
A very spacious property for eight, Ormos Beach House is a brilliant choice for a family or groups of friends travelling together. A gate at the bottom of the lovely lawned gardens opens on to the soft golden sands of Kalamaki Beach. This beach has gentle shelving, ideal for small children while the huge sandy beach will keep parents happy too – particularly sun worshippers! Kalamaki beach is also home to two tavernas and a beach bar for relaxed dining, and Ormos Beach House's perfect position in the middle of the beach means easy access to all without compromising on privacy.
The villa’s large private pool acts as a focal point within the gardens, with adjacent shaded dining area and built-in barbecue – a great space for socialising to the soundtrack of waves lapping against the shore. Inside the house is very spacious, with four sizeable en suite bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area.

Although you are within walking distance of Kalamaki Beach, with 3 tavernas and a beach bar, we highly recommend car hire for this villa, as you are not within walking distance to supermarkets and additional amenities.

Average weather
Corfu’s north coast, where the lower slopes of its highest mountain Pantokrator sink below the waves, is gentler than the north-east, and provides excellent bathing too. The stretch between Kalamaki and St. Spiridion faces the mountains of Albania stacked up across the straits; it is quiet and user-friendly, yet close enough to buzzing towns like Kassiopi and Roda for tastes of a party atmosphere. A holiday in Perithia, puts you in the island’s oldest village, sitting three kilometres behind and well above the coast, about half-way to Pantokator’s summit.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
