We are delighted to introduce the CV Villas Travel App, the easiest way to keep all your essential holiday information at your fingertips. The app places everything you need on your mobile device, including driving directions, key documents, local tips, important contact numbers for our overseas teams, and much more.

1. Download the App

To help you prepare for your stay, look out for an email the day after booking with details on how to access the CV Villas app. Available on both the App Store and Google Play, the app keeps all your holiday details in one place. Here is a preview of the main screen.


2. Enter Your Username

In the user ID box, type the username: CVVillas

3. Enter Your Passcode

Your passcode combines your CV Villas booking reference with your name details, formatted as follows:

  • Your CV Villas booking reference number (you can find this in your 'Download the CV Villas app' email sent to your inbox)
  • The initial for your first name (in capitals)
  • Your surname (starting with a capital letter)
  • The digit 1


Example: V011111ASmith1

4. Navigate Your Booking

Once logged in, use the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen to explore your trip details:

  • Trip Essentials: Access your invoice and pre-departure documents.
  • Flights: If you booked flights with us, this is where you can view the details.
  • Explore & Map: Discover local points of interest near your villa.
  • Weather: Keep an eye on live forecasts so you can pack everything you need.


What's In The App?

The CV Villas Travel App contains all the information you’ll need both before and during your holiday. You’ll find your flight details (where applicable), local weather forecasts, and key documents relating to your destination and accommodation.

Please note that you cannot update your personal details via the app, for any changes, simply contact our Customer Support Team.

Do I need a special device in order to use the app?
Our app is designed to work with phones or tablets running Apple’s iOS or Google’s Android platform. You can also access a website-based version of our app on your computer by visiting this website and entering the User ID and Passcode that we send you.

How do I get the app?
To download the app, you’ll need an active account in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app is free to download. After installing it, you may be prompted to enter your app store account details, these are different from the login details we send you for accessing your holiday information.

When can I start?
You can access your holiday information once you’ve made a booking and we have sent your login details. Feel free to download the app at any time — your User ID and unique passcode will follow shortly via email.

How do I login to the app?
After downloading the app to your device, simply follow the on-screen prompts. Each time you make a booking, we’ll send you a unique passcode. Enter the User ID CVVillas along with the unique passcode for your booking to view your holiday details.

Can I see my departure documents on the app?
Once you’ve been sent your CV Villas departure documents by email, they will appear in the app, this includes your driving instructions and key information for your villa.

What if I have more than one holiday booked?
If you’ve already logged in to a booking and wish to add another, you can easily do so by entering the new unique passcode. Once received, open the menu and select ‘Load New’, you’ll then be able to re-enter the User ID CVVillas and the new passcode to add your next trip.
