Elegantly poised in a prime position above a sandy beach, Gaia delights guests with outstanding sea views from its remarkable infinity pool.
Its hard to beat location is just one of many reasons why we love Gaia; just a 5 minute drive away from Kalamaki’s wide sandy beach, and only 10 minutes from a wonderful selection of restaurants and boat hire. Uninterrupted views lead down a lush green hillside straight to the sea below and onwards to the majestic mountains of Albania. One of the finest spots to enjoy the view is most certainly the poolside terrace, where the infinity pool edge seemingly merges with the sea and sky blues. The terrace expands the length of the house with an area for dining in the shade, and a separate space for relaxing al fresco with comfortable rattan seating - perfect for curling up with a good book or a sundowner.
Inside Gaia is superbly designed for a group of six, with style and comfort supplied in equal measure. Guests will enjoy open plan living with comfortable seating and indoor dining in a shared space, alongside a fully equipped kitchen. Two en suite twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the master suite is on the lower ground floor with the games room. Concierge service is an added luxury at Gaia, where an incredible team can arrange a selection of additional extras and to ensure that guests are very well looked after. What’s more, this house can be booked with sister house Eos to sleep 10 and together with Kalamaki Bay House for groups of up to 20, the “Kalamaki Bay Estate”, benefitting from a large central dining terrace to seat groups of 20+ and Jacuzzi. This is a perfect set up for large group celebrations or intimate weddings, please ask us for more details.
Due to the position of these villas we highly recommend car hire to ensure you have access to a variety of tavernas, amenities and supermarkets.
The concierge is non-resident but will visit as required and is contactable 6 days per week. The concierge will gladly arrange a selection of additional services, most of which should be booked in advance and all are at an additional cost.
Arrival from 17:00 . Departure by 10:00

Corfu’s north coast, where the lower slopes of its highest mountain Pantokrator sink below the waves, is gentler than the north-east, and provides excellent bathing too. The stretch between Kalamaki and St. Spiridion faces the mountains of Albania stacked up across the straits; it is quiet and user-friendly, yet close enough to buzzing towns like Kassiopi and Roda for tastes of a party atmosphere. A holiday in Perithia, puts you in the island’s oldest village, sitting three kilometres behind and well above the coast, about half-way to Pantokator’s summit.

We are delighted to offer our Corfu CV Charter flight from London Gatwick. With dedicated check-in and convenient flight times that combine well with tenancy times, we recommend flying on our Charter flight. We can also organise flights from other London and regional airports to suit your requirements, which you can book online or over the phone with one of our Villa Specialists.
Car hire can be pre-booked through CV Villas with collection at the airport or port of arrival, and in some cases the hire car can be delivered to the villa for an additional charge. Please ask for details.
There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. UK boat licences will no longer be valid in Europe from January 2021 due to Brexit. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
