Newly built Telia Thea is a compact house overlooking the sea on Corfu’s north east coast. A private pool is paired with comfortable loungers and parasols for relaxing while admiring the view, while an al fresco dining area is served by a built-in bbq. Inside is open-plan with space for cooking, dining and relaxing indoors. Two comfortable bedrooms share a shower room with polished marble tiles.

The raised location of Telia Thea allows for fantastic views, yet amenities, tavernas and the beach are just a short drive away.

About the area

Yialiskari, Kalami & Kouloura

Average weather

Kalami, Kouloura, and Yialiskari are among the prettiest villages on Corfu’s north-east coast. Their collective character attracted writer Lawrence Durrell to the area before World War II. In Kalami you can eat and sleep in the White House, where Durrell and his wife settled, and view memorabilia and cuttings about the man. Kouloura, in the next bay, has a nautical feel, the oldest harbour on that coast, dating from Byzantine times, and is protected by a stone wall. Yialiskari holidays are usually spent on the village’s sandy beach; it is sheltered by impressive rocks that plunge straight into the sea.

FLIGHTS

We are delighted to offer our Corfu CV Charter flight from London Gatwick. With dedicated check-in and convenient flight times that combine well with tenancy times, we recommend flying on our Charter flight. We can also organise flights from other London and regional airports to suit your requirements, which you can book online or over the phone with one of our Villa Specialists.

CAR HIRE

Car hire can be pre-booked through CV Villas with collection at the airport or port of arrival, and in some cases the hire car can be delivered to the villa for an additional charge. Please ask for details.

BOAT HIRE

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
