About the villa

High standards of comfort are matched by a coveted waterfront location at this chic boutique hotel. With just twenty two beautifully furnished guest rooms, the hotel is small enough for service with a personal touch, but large enough to impress. At the front of the building, a split-level restaurant and wine bar has indoor and outdoor tables, facing the sea and the sunrise, and offers a Mediterranean menu, prepared by a gourmet chef and using fresh local produce. Continental and cooked breakfasts are served here, though room service is available as an added indulgence. 

Picnic boxes can be ordered for a day’s sailing or hiking in the hills. And concierge services could include arrangements for boat hire, scuba diving and horse riding. Fully refurbished in calm, uncluttered style, each of the guest rooms is thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi and a fridge; all have an en suite shower room and private balcony; and most enjoy enviable views of the bay. Centrally positioned for Kassiopi’s lively variety of shops, restaurants and nightlife, the hotel is just 300m from Bataria beach.

Average weather

Capital of Corfu’s north-east, Kassiopi is a thriving harbour and resort. Within a ring of souvenir and beach shops, it has a heart of gold: a cleanly-paved harbour, well-tended gardens, benches for the weary, and smart shops, restaurants, and cafés. Pleasure craft and cruise boats jostle for mooring space with small trawlers. Canons point out to sea, their threat long faded, against a backdrop of stylish Kassiopi villas and apartments rising in terraces from the harbour. A holiday in the hamlet of Kelia lies on the hillside above, within walking distance of the town.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
