Inside, the accommodation is arranged over two floors. The ground floor is home to a spacious open-plan living and dining area, creating a sociable space for gathering together, while a separate TV room with en suite shower room offers a comfortable retreat away from the main living areas. Designed with accessibility in mind, this space, together with the villa's paved pathways and main living areas, can be accessed directly from street level. Upstairs, four well-appointed bedrooms sleep up to eight guests, including two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, while two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort during the warmer months.

Designed with outdoor living in mind, the villa centres around a striking infinity pool, positioned to make the most of the views. Spacious terraces provide plenty of room to relax throughout the day, while a built-in barbecue creates an easy setting for long lunches and al fresco dinners with family and friends. Set within three acres of private grounds dotted with olive, almond, lemon and orange trees, Naiada enjoys a wonderfully secluded feel while remaining within easy reach of Kassiopi.

Kassiopi's restaurants, bars, shops and beaches are within easy reach, with Naiada just 1.2km from the village square, making this villa a convenient base for exploring this popular corner of north-east Corfu. Avlaki Beach, with boat hire and paddle boarding, is within easy reach, while St Stephano and the historic village of Old Perithia offer rewarding days out nearby.

Boat Hire 

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
