With rock bathing quite literally 'on the doorstep', and the beautiful Kanoni and Bataria beaches a five minute stroll away, this very comfortable family villa boasts an enviable location and really makes the most of it with terraces and verandas on three levels. All enjoy fantastic views across the bay to Albania's coastal mountains and are furnished to form expansive al fresco living space. At ground level, just a few feet above the sea, a lovely swimming pool is joined by a generously sized children's pool, and overlooked from the main sitting/dining veranda, where big arches frame the views. The sunny upper terrace is shared by two large bedrooms, and the double room on the top floor has a private balcony. Each of the four bedrooms has a TV and air conditioning, and the house has a play room and open-plan living/dining room. Set on the headland which is crowned by Kassiopi's fortress ruins, Aktea is an easy walk, along a fairly quiet road, from the resort's amenities and nightlife, making it an especially popular choice for families with teenagers.

Boat Hire 

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
