Il Graspo is a very comfortable villa in Lucca area that has been renovated at the end of 2017. The owners, who also own other properties in Salogi portfolio, have carried the works at this house thinking of all the requirements of guests looking to have an enjoyable holiday in Tuscany.

At this beautiful villa with private pool, there is air-conditioning in all the house apart from the single bedroom, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo. Furthermore, the bedrooms are spacious and the ones on the first floor have all their own bathroom. The kitchen has been equipped with all modern equipment such as microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, boiler and other utensils for those looking to cook and enjoy al fresco dining under the wide covered veranda overlooking the pool. The close distance to the pool is perfect for family with young children as can watch their children while enjoying the shade.
At a short walking distance there is a small sport centre where is possible to play tennis.

This property is ideal for those looking to spend time in the countryside while being very close to a city – the stunning city of Lucca is just 15km away. Conveniently located in Colle di Compito, it is also very close by the coast of Versilia and guests have easy access to the main Tuscany sightseeing such as Florence, Pisa, San Gemignano etc.

Although they are only 17km apart, Pisa and Lucca instantly feel like different worlds. The former is a lively student city on the River Arno, and has one of the world’s most recognizable monuments: the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Understated Lucca is compact and genteel, ideal for a Tuscany villa nearby, with handsome piazzas that frame churches in the Luccan-Romanesque style. Those on a Lunigiana holiday occupy the Apennine foothills in far north-western Tuscany. It is rolling, blissfully empty terrain whose few inhabitants have cultural links with neighbouring Liguria.
