A pretty pink villa, privately positioned amid manicured lawns and mature trees, this charming house is the result of impeccable restoration. Formerly the farm buildings of an important historic estate, Novedieci now offers cool, comfortable and contemporary interiors beneath its chestnut beamed ceilings, seamlessly blending the old and the new with a well-equipped gym, WiFi, and flat screen televisions. Chic, spacious and uncluttered, the main house has a study, TV room, and a delightful open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Each of the eight bedrooms is beautifully simply styled, all eight fitted with air-conditioning, and most with en suite full bath and separate shower. 

A similarly high spec barn conversion forms a guest annexe for up to four, with its own sitting room, dining kitchen and open terrace. A large covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, made even more attractive with (optional) cook service. And there is a swimming pool within the garden with ample space for children to play. The villa is within very easy reach of Lucca, Pisa and the coast. A perfect choice for a special celebration.

An English speaking CV Representative will visit during your stay. Contact details will be sent with your travel documents.

HOUSE MANAGER

An English speaking house manager welcomes guests and is on hand for extra assistance. Her time will be charged for locally if she organises activities and excursions.
