Villa Siracusano is a splendid villa with private pool set in a residential area situated only a few kilometres away from the charming historic centre of Siracusa and from the sea. Surrounded by a well-tended Mediterranean garden, the villa boasts a large terrace equipped for al fresco dining and a beautiful heated pool with hydromassage area. Entered via a stone driveway, the property is set over three floors. On the lower floor are two bedrooms, two shower rooms, a massage room and a laundry room. The raised ground floor includes a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and a shower room and bathroom, with hydromassage. 

From the living area a wooden staircase leads to the loft, which houses a further bedroom with two beds (a double and a single) and an en-suite bathroom. These stylish, comfortable rooms with air conditioning have all modern conveniences, such as  WiFi, satellite TV,  music system, safe, washing machine, dishwasher and central heating. The excellent location of the villa - just a few minutes' drive away from the centre of Siracusa - is also convenient for visiting Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and the nature reserves of Pantalica, Cassibile and Vendicari.

Important Information

Electricity is included up to 300 kWh per week, adequate for normal weekly use. The meter will be read at the beginning and the end of the rental. Extra electricity usage is 0.40 Euro per kWh unit payable locally.

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.

Please note car is recommended, roads are not suitable for walking.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival between 16:00 - 21:00. For arrivals between 21 - 24:00, a late arrival fee of €50 will be charged, payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00. Changeover day Saturdays only from 26 June - 27 August. All other periods flexible.

As one of the quieter destinations on the diverse island of Sicily, the south is home to some of the top, one and two Michellin star restaurants in the country. And it’s no wonder, with the abundance beautiful local produce available. As in all parts of Sicily, there is a contrast in landscape from the marshland of Vendicari to the rebuilt towns of Noto and Ragusa.
