Villa Smeraldo is a contemporary, waterfront villa in Lido di Noto, just south of Syracuse. The property is set in a residential area a few steps from the beautiful sands of Scoglio Bianco beach. All on one level, the welcoming and modern interiors include an airy living room with kitchen, and an en suite master bedroom with extraordinary sea views. There is also a double bedroom and a room with a French bed, each impeccably designed. The villa also boasts an indulgent Jacuzzi, and direct access to the sea and its rocky coastline. Outside, guests will enjoy an afternoon on the large solarium, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

The property is situated in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes' drive from Noto's historic centre and from the Vendicari nature reserve. Villa Smeraldo is also an excellent base from which to visit Syracuse, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero. The closest airports are Catania and Comiso, both 85km away.
