About the villa

Perfect for a small group of friends or a family of four, Casetta San Lorenzo is a stunning villa in Southern Sicily. Decorated with modern and minimalist flair, an open plan living and dining area is served by a fully-equipped kitchen and opens to the terrace. Ideally designed for outdoor living, the terrace is furnished with an al fresco dining table and a comfortable seating area for relaxing in the shade. The private pool is an excellent size for four guests to have to themselves, paired with poolside parasols and loungers. Adjacent to the villa there is a fantastic outdoor kitchen, with pretty powder blue shutters and a built-in bbq overlooking the garden.  

There are two good sized double bedrooms, one is en suite and the other has a separate shower room; both bedrooms open to the garden. This villa’s enviable location is not only within walking distance of a sandy beach, it’s also just a short drive from shops and restaurants in charming Marzamemi; Siracusa and the famous baroque towns of South East Sicily are also within easy reach by car.

Tenancy Times 

Arrival between 16:00 - 21:00. For arrivals between 21 - 24:00, a late arrival fee of €30 will be charged, payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00. Changeover day flexible but Saturday departure day between 30 July and 26 August (minimum stay 7 nights).

As one of the quieter destinations on the diverse island of Sicily, the south is home to some of the top, one and two Michellin star restaurants in the country.
