This newly built, one-level villa offers beautiful interiors with all the mod cons, including air conditioning and central heating, WiFi, satellite TV, dishwasher and barbecue. There is a stunning tiled kitchen with French doors providing access to the dining terrace outside. The kitchen leads through to a large, airy living/dining area with exposed brickwork, wooden beams, and glass sliding doors opening to the terrace and gardens. There are three spacious but cosily decorated bedrooms sharing a well-appointed shower room, with a further shower room in an adjacent building. There is a newly available guest annexe with two bedrooms. 

Outside, the jewel in the crown of this property is the 12 metre swimming pool with Roman steps, set in tree-dotted gardens and surrounded by a patio with sun loungers – the perfect place to relax with a refreshing drink. After a dip in the pool, you can retire to the nearby shady hammock with a book. If this is all a little too relaxing, the property is also in an enviable position for visiting both the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, such as Modica, Ragusa and Noto, and the sandy beaches nearby.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival between 16:00 . Departure by 10:00. 

 For arrivals between 21 - 24:00, a late arrival fee of €30 will be charged, payable in cash locally.

Changeover day flexible but Saturday departure day between 24 June and 01 September  (minimum stay 7 nights).
