About the villa

This outstanding spacious villa is arranged over two floors with a belvedere terrace and a large roof terrace. From the impressive entrance there are the reception rooms and two large en-suite bedrooms that open to the terrace with uninterrupted sea views. The staircase leads to the roof terrace, or to the bedrooms below.

The modern open plan kitchen area serves the large open plan dining and living area.  The reception rooms and all these rooms open to the long belvedere terrace overlooking the vineyards. Stairs lead up from this entrance level to the roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, a great show place for a enthusiastic cook. Steps lead downstairs to passageways with unique pieces of exuberant artwork. Here there are three comfortable double bedroom suites decorated with a delicate blend of considered Italian finishes and the highest quality fixtures and fittings. All have a private dressing room and a modern shower room finished in stone-coloured wax concrete with 'his and hers' basins and large showers. Each work space area converts into additional sleeping as there are two single fold away wall beds that can be discreetly unfolded. These three suites  open to the arcaded patio with views of the sunken shady garden. The elegant detailing that runs throughout the villa creates a sense of grandeur contrasting with the bright contemporary décor.

The outdoor lounge with comfy sofas is just right and close enough for pre-lunch drinks or for a light siesta afterwards. A separate building near the pool area houses a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with an extra bed if needed, a double bedroom and shower room. Outdoor it has a terrace on the ground floor and a beautiful rooftop terrace. The relaxing area by the long infinity pool has two shaded terrace areas and a raised lounging terrace offers tantalizing sunset views. From this remarkable spot it is not uncommon to see terns, egrets, flamingoes and storks spread out all over the salt marshes as well as horses on the adjacent farmland. Walking through the meadows and pathways to this newly built residence, it can be seen that landscape architect Ivan Gallo has created a distinctive atmosphere conveying a true sense of the place and all plants have been chosen a for their suitability to the Mediterranean climate.
