About the villa

Perfect for a romantic retreat if booked for two or for a small family of three, Sole e Mare is a seafront house seamlessly designed for total relaxation, furnished in crisp white décor with touches of blue and grey.  This minimalist villa with an uncluttered coastal style, sits above the sea separated by the rocky coastline and its own sunbathing lawn. Outdoors, this property boasts a wonderful Jacuzzi and a shaded al fresco dining area with barbecue and preparation counter. The open-plan living and dining room, including a contemporary and well-equipped kitchen, has direct access through a glass-panelled door to the sea view terrace. 

Two bedrooms, one double, one twin, both sharing a shower room. A utility room with shower accessed from outside, completes the residence. With a rocky beach next to the villa, and amenities and a sandy beach just 1 km away in the popular resort of Fontane Bianche, and the magnificent Baroque towns of Siracusa, Ragusa and Noto within easy distance, Sole e Mare is a good location to enjoy a seaside holiday within reach of some cultural centres.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival between 16:00 - 21:00. Late arrivals between 21 - 24:00 are on request and are subject to a late arrival fee €30 payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00. Changeover day flexible but Saturday departure day between 26th June and 27th August (minimum stay 7 nights).

As one of the quieter destinations on the diverse island of Sicily, the south is home to some of the top, one and two Michellin star restaurants in the country. And it’s no wonder, with the abundance beautiful local produce available.
