Surrounded by well-tended gardens, this exclusive villa offers wide, panoramic terraces with sea views, and access to a beautiful beach of fine white sand through a gate at the bottom of the garden. Recently built, the villa is characterised by its modern architecture and generous indoor and outdoor living areas. The shady ground floor terrace has a dining area and outdoor kitchen, as well as a comfortable lounge area. Inside, there is a bright living area with sitting room and kitchen, both opening out on to the terrace. Large floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors allow light to spill in and provide lovely views of the garden. 
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs are three further bedrooms with shower rooms en suite and terrace access. The villa is equipped with WiFi, satellite TV and air-conditioning in all rooms. If you get tired of the beach, then Sicily’s most beautiful south eastern towns, such as Siracusa and Noto, are just a few kilometres away, and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, as well as Mount Etna, are all within reach.

Please note that 1 extra bed can be provided in either the double or 1 of the single bedrooms on the first floor.

Please note that the preferred suppliers for the villa must be used for any additional services. Unknown extra staff are not permitted at the villa.

Electricity is included up to 200 kWh per week. Extra electricity usage is 0.40 Euro per kWh unit payable locally. Changeover day flexible but Saturday departure day between 26 June - 28 August (minimum stay 7 nights).

As one of the quieter destinations on the diverse island of Sicily, the south is home to some of the top, one and two Michellin star restaurants in the country. And it’s no wonder, with the abundance beautiful local produce available. As in all parts of Sicily, there is a contrast in landscape from the marshland of Vendicari to the rebuilt towns of Noto and Ragusa.
