Privately owned, exclusive to CV Villas, and comprising just six apartments, Kasomitria is a very attractive villa in beautifully colourful, flower-filled gardens. Following the lie of the land in its coastal hillside setting, the villa is built across various levels, and Giorgos apartment is itself split-level, with an open-plan kitchen/living room raised a few steps above the air-conditioned twin and double bedrooms. Located on the ground floor, the compact but comfortable apartment is furnished in simple style and has a private covered terrace at the poolside. The six apartments share a swimming pool and children’s splash pool set in a sunny sea-view terrace, and a portable barbecue area. With gorgeous views of the sea, headlands and mountains, the villa is a ten minute walk from Kerasia beach and fifteen minutes from St. Stephano. Larger groups of family or friends could book two or more of the apartments together, and if booked in its entirety, the villa would accommodate a party of up to eighteen.

Lying between St Stephano and Kouloura, Kerasia is one of the prettiest little coves along this idyllic stretch of coast. Shelving shingle, crystal waters, a couple of boat jetties, and a taverna are all contained within a sweep of bay between two rocky headlands, all backed by eucalyptus and olive groves. Kerasia holidays are ideal for anyone who wants to get away from it all: families with young children, couples who want to chill out together, or older folk looking for somewhere to enjoy the Greek climate and laid-back daily routine.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
