About the villa
Villa Kyvos has been thoughtfully designed with views in mind and stunning vistas across the sea to Albania can be enjoyed from almost everywhere in the house. A short stroll from both exclusive St Stephano with its selection of excellent tavernas as well as Kerasia’s beautiful pebble beach, this contemporary luxury villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday and well equipped for entertaining. On the ground floor the modern kitchen and seating/dining area, furnished in an eclectic contemporary style, open out to the dazzling infinity pool and wraparound terrace leading to a dining table with barbecue area. Also on this floor is the master bedroom, opening to the terrace and with bathroom en suite. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, one double and three twins, all with showers en suite opening into the room and separate WCs en suite. Each bedroom on this floor looks out to sea and each has access to a small balcony. The spectacular roof terrace is a real highlight, with panoramic views along the coastline, a well-equipped summer kitchen and a lovely shaded dining area to enjoy dinner at sundown.

Average weather
Lying between St Stephano and Kouloura, Kerasia is one of the prettiest little coves along this idyllic stretch of coast. Shelving shingle, crystal waters, a couple of boat jetties, and a taverna are all contained within a sweep of bay between two rocky headlands, all backed by eucalyptus and olive groves. Kerasia holidays are ideal for anyone who wants to get away from it all: families with young children, couples who want to chill out together, or older folk looking for somewhere to enjoy the Greek climate and laid-back daily routine.

boat Hire
There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
