Villa Zacharenia is a lovely family villa overlooking Corfu's lush green scenery and seascapes. The interiors are spacious and welcoming, designed for a home-away-from-home feel. The ground floor features a fully-equipped, open plan kitchen with a dining area, as well as a large living room with a fireplace. From here, guests can access the covered terrace area, furnished with a sofa and al fresco dining table. Head upstairs to discover a master bedroom kitted with quaint beamed ceilings and an en suite shower room. A family bath and shower and two twin bedrooms, opening to the terrace are also located on this floor.

The property is ideal for children; the pool is equipped with a shallow children's section, while Acharavi water park is only a short drive away too. The villa is also near to the beach and several restaurants. Local places of interest include lovely Kassiopi, 6km away, and Avlaki, where visitors can enjoy watersports and restaurants.

Average weather

Corfu’s north coast, where the lower slopes of its highest mountain Pantokrator sink below the waves, is gentler than the north-east, and provides excellent bathing too. The stretch between Kalamaki and St. Spiridion faces the mountains of Albania stacked up across the straits; it is quiet and user-friendly, yet close enough to buzzing towns like Kassiopi and Roda for tastes of a party atmosphere. A holiday in Perithia, puts you in the island’s oldest village, sitting three kilometres behind and well above the coast, about half-way to Pantokator’s summit.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
