La Manga Club Resort offers a range of three, four and five bedroom villas, each individually designed, across a choice of communities with a variety of facilities and restaurants close by. All with unique architecture and interior design, these modern properties boast comfortable living spaces, spacious outdoor areas with private pools, and outside seating and dining areas, while some houses also feature expansive lawned gardens.
La Manga Club Resort offers an outstanding range of sports facilities, including three 18 hole golf courses, 28 tennis courts (hire €30 per hour plus racket hire) and a number of sports academies and lessons including golf, tennis, football and rugby (prices vary). There is also a well-equipped gym which can be used at a charge of €30 per day, as well as facilities for bowls, cricket, squash and mini golf.
Children are well-catered for here, with a kids' club for children ranging from six months to twelve years old starting at €50 per half day. After a tiring day taking advantage of the sports facilities, Spa La Manga is the perfect place to unwind, with a sauna, indoor pool, steam room and Jacuzzi (available at an additional cost), as well as a range of treatments starting from €75.
Villa guests are able to use the communal swimming pool adjacent to the tennis centre during July and August, while some villa communities feature additional communal pools. There is also a supermarket, grocery and pharmacy on site for your convenience.
Eating and Drinking
With over 15 restaurants and 6 bars across La Manga Club Resort, you’ll never need to leave. There is something for everyone here, from traditional Mediterranean cuisine to Asian fusion dishes, and casual poolside cafes to fine dining establishments. Kids will love the fun of Uncle Sam’s, a themed American restaurant with all the usual favourites, while delicious Asian and Indian food is on the menu at Asia and Dharma. Amapola offers traditional fine dining, while La Cala serves up Mediterranean flavours with stunning sea views. Enjoy a post-golf drink in 37 Spike and Sports Bar, or live music in the Piano Bar. When the kids won’t get out of the pool, Splash is the perfect place for a light lunch or refreshing drink.
The pretty cove of Cala del Barco is easily accessed from the resort, and the other beautiful beaches of the Costa Calida are just a short drive away. The historic city of Cartagena can be reached with a 30 minute drive, where you can explore Roman, Carthaginian and Moorish sites, while regional capital Murcia is just a little further. With its excellent tapas bars and bustling bars and clubs, Murcia is definitely worth a visit. The saltwater lagoon of Mar Menor is easily reached from the resort, as are Calblanque and the Monte de las Cenizas Natural Park.
