About the villa

This pretty one storey villa has generously-sized communal spaces for socialising, but also offers space and privacy, making it an excellent property for both families and groups of friends. There is a well-equipped kitchen, where the cook can prepare delicious meals, and a large airy open plan living/dining room opening out to a veranda furnished with an outdoor lounge and dining area. The veranda leads on to a lawned garden with plunge pool and sun loungers, a relaxing alternative to the main private pool. There are four bedrooms, two doubles and two singles, all with shower rooms en suite. The largest double bedroom has French doors which open directly to the plunge pool, ideal perhaps for couples travelling as part of a larger group. Steps lead down from the house to the sunny terrace into which is sunk the large free form private pool with swim up bar, perfect for lazy days in the sun. Beaches, golf, shops, bars and restaurants can all be found within 5km of the villa, while Rodney Bay is just 6.5km away.

About the area

St Lucia

Average weather

Part of the Windward Islands chain in the Eastern Caribbean, St. Lucia’s shores are met by both the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. This little isle packs a lot into her forty three by twenty two kilometres. Rainforest hills lead down from the Pitons to the sea, where marine reserves protect the habitat of tropical fish and migrating whales. A lively party scene around Rodney Bay contrasts with unhurried beach life at Reduit Beach. Away from the coast the emphasis is on eco-tourism—activities including hiking and biking encourage visitors on a St. Lucia holiday to explore the interior.
