About the villa

With stunning views along the coast, with beach clearly visible and across the Caribbean sea, this luxury villa at Saline Point near the Cap Estate is beautifully designed with fine attention to detail. Using a calm colour palette in soft marine chic tones, the spacious, light and luxurious rooms are all supremely comfortable and stylishly furnished, with plump cushioned sofas and fine linens. There is a smart state-of-the-art kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area opening out to the terraces. Three en suite bedrooms are located on the first floor, two of which have super king size beds and their own balconies, while the third bedroom is a twin that can be made up as double if required. At pool terrace level, there is a bright and airy self-contained apartment suite with a fourth bedroom and open plan sitting room with kitchenette and sitting area. 

The large pool is set in gorgeous tropical gardens, while a number of terraces surrounding the villa are furnished for al fresco dining, lounging and sundowners. Enjoy views across to the famous Pigeon Point landmark with the sandy crescent of Anse du Cap beach just a short distance away. This large spacious villa is perfect for those looking for a quiet and private getaway or family looking for space to relax together. Guests are looked after by a cook/house keeper who works 6 days a week and the villa concierge will be pleased to give recommendations to ensure you have a memorable holiday in St Lucia.

Stays of minimum 7 nights are required between 18 December 2020 - 03 January 2021. 7 night stays should be EITHER Christmas or New Year. Stays of more than 7 nights but less than 14 nights are accepted if the stay also spans either Christmas or New Year.

For parties up to 4 people, two bedrooms will be closed. This does not apply for Christmas and New Year period from 18 December 2020 - 03 January 2021.   

100% cancellation fee applies for any booking cancelled 60 days or less before departure for travel between December 15th - April 14th inclusive. For all other periods 100% cancellation fee applies for any booking cancelled 45 days or less before departure.

Please note that a smoking is not permitted inside this villa.
