The panoramic views from the ground floor patio are fantastic – overlooking the ocean and neighbouring 18-hole Championship golf course, there’s a dining table and comfy outdoor seating soaking up the views, great for any al fresco dinners or sunset-watching evening cocktails. Inside, the ground floor is light and open plan and combines another dining area, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious central sitting room, complete with a lovely vaulted ceiling and large French doors that lead out to the terrace. A master super king size bedroom with walk in wardrobe and an additional double bedroom with en suite bathroom, make up the rest of the first floor. The master opens to a Juliet balcony and the second double opens to the front terrace. Head downstairs to the lower ground floor and there’s another spacious, bright dining area, with a gorgeous fan-cooled open space for complete relaxation. A brand new games room brings all the family fun, with a generous 7ft pool table and air hockey –  a mini-sized basketball court is also available to use outside. There are a further three good-sized bedrooms for use on the lower ground floor – a double with a bathroom en suite, and a king size and double sharing access to a separate shower room. The lower ground floor has direct access to the pool area through the sitting room’s patio doors. Another outdoor dining table seats 6 guests, and there’s a private pool, patio sun loungers, shaded gazebo with comfy sofas and glorious coconut trees scattered across the property grounds. 

The villa is just 2.5km from the lively town of Rodney Bay, and just 1.2km from the lovely beach of Anse du Cap. If you don’t fancy getting out and about, guests are looked after by a cook/house keeper, who works 6 days a week to ensure you have the most memorable holiday in St Lucia.
