Lucca, Pisa & Lunigiana, Tuscany, Italy
Lovingly restored in 2014, this charming villa in the south of Lucca provides scenic views and splendid facilities; all whilst being just a two minute walk to the quaint town of Vorno.
Located inside a private estate and sleeping up to eight, Villa Roseto is the perfect retreat for any family or group of friends looking to relax in the Italian countryside.
Inside through the entrance hall, guests can make use of the spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and bar area; the perfect place for socialising. With exposed brick and classic Italian styled interiors, this space holds a warming atmosphere. To the side of the kitchen there is a small coffee bar, a great spot for a morning cappuccino. Further on, there is a sitting room with library, workspace area and a double bedroom with wooden beams and shower room en suite. Each room has tasteful interiors and direct access to the outside area.
Up the stone staircase on the first floor there are an additional three double bedrooms either with shower room or bathroom en suite. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with beautiful wooden shutters and views of the Vorno valley below.
Outside scattered around the manicured gardens, there is a charming al fresco area complete with barbecue and wood burning pizza oven, a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi; all of which are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
Restaurants are located just 1km away and further amenities can be found in nearby Vorno and Lucca. Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi beach are also on hand by car in under an hour's drive.

Although they are only 17km apart, Pisa and Lucca instantly feel like different worlds. The former is a lively student city on the River Arno, and has one of the world’s most recognizable monuments: the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Understated Lucca is compact and genteel, ideal for a Tuscany villa nearby, with handsome piazzas that frame churches in the Luccan-Romanesque style. Those on a Lunigiana holiday occupy the Apennine foothills in far north-western Tuscany. It is rolling, blissfully empty terrain whose few inhabitants have cultural links with neighbouring Liguria.
