The design of The Olive Court reflects a careful balance between contemporary comfort and local character. Interiors are light, refined and welcoming, with clean lines and natural materials that echo the surrounding landscape. On the ground floor, the living room flows effortlessly into a well‑appointed kitchen and dining area, ideal for relaxed meals and easy entertaining. Four beautifully presented bedrooms are arranged for comfort and flexibility: three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms open directly onto the garden, while a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom offers an equally peaceful setting. One suite benefits from independent access, providing added privacy for guests.

Outside, the villa opens onto generous terraces and landscaped gardens. A striking 15 metre heated swimming pool overlooks the rolling countryside and is complemented by a dedicated pool area with changing room, bathroom and heated outdoor showers, allowing enjoyment in every season. An outdoor kitchen and dining space provide the perfect setting for long evenings beneath the stars.

A panoramic first‑floor terrace offers a quiet vantage point from which to admire the surrounding olive groves.

Ideally located, The Olive Court is just a short drive from the Baroque splendour of Noto and the unspoilt beaches of the Vendicari and Calamosche Nature Reserve, with Rosolini, Ispica and Porto Portopalo Marina all within easy reach.
