About the villa

Seraphina is an immaculate modern villa located in Corfu, perfectly positioned with extraordinary views of the sea. This villa is part of CV Villas’ ABOVE collection and includes concierge service plus cook service for breakfast and one other meal in July and August. Seraphina has been newly refurbished in a modern and stylish design, with plenty of space for families and large groups. The ground floor features a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and living area which opens out onto an al fresco dining terrace. Head to the lower ground floor to discover three spacious and modern double bedrooms, each with a lovely en suite. This floor also includes a wine cellar. Up on the first floor are three more en suite double bedrooms, each opening to a balcony. The master suite even boasts a luxurious plunge pool on its private balcony. Outside, guests will enjoy a private pool, lounge area and shaded al fresco dining and bar area. There is also a unique yoga terrace.

This villa is situated a short drive from Agni, where visitors will find several lovely tavernas and a beach. Further places of interest include Kalami beach and Kassiopi, where guests will discover a number of restaurants, bars and shops.

Yialiskari, Kalami & Kouloura

Average weather

Kalami, Kouloura, and Yialiskari are among the prettiest villages on Corfu’s north-east coast. Their collective character attracted writer Lawrence Durrell to the area before World War II. In Kalami you can eat and sleep in the White House, where Durrell and his wife settled, and view memorabilia and cuttings about the man. Kouloura, in the next bay, has a nautical feel, the oldest harbour on that coast, dating from Byzantine times, and is protected by a stone wall. Yialiskari holidays are usually spent on the village’s sandy beach; it is sheltered by impressive rocks that plunge straight into the sea.

BOAT HIRE

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
