About the villa

The aptly named Pebble Bay sits on a pretty pebble beach at the water’s edge in Yialiskari, with direct access to the sea and its own private jetty. This stunning property provides high levels of comfort and service, with accommodation for families or groups of up to 12 friends sharing. The ground floor is home to a large sitting room with an open fireplace, opening through a stone arch to a large fully-fitted kitchen with breakfast table and honey coloured Ioanina marble worktops. Sliding doors open from here on to a covered stone terrace with incredible views looking out to Yialiskari Bay. Here there is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, as well as a stunning freeform infinity pool complete with wooden sun loungers, umbrellas and daybeds. Guests can relax and unwind poolside while listening to their favourite songs by making use of the Sonos sound system. Two en suite double bedrooms with a shared balcony complete the ground floor.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor, complete with a super king size double bed and en suite shower room opening to a large private terrace with an indulgent outdoor bath tub and day bed for total relaxation. Two further double bedrooms can be found on this floor, both of which are en suite and share a balcony. The lower ground floor is home to a second master double bedroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower and terrace, along with a utility room and guest WC. A private chef is included in July and August, for ultimate indulgence, while nearby amenities can be found in Kalami just 600m away.
