About the villa
Ideal for visitors travelling as part of a larger group, Kalamaki Bay Estate encompasses three magnificent properties, Kalamaki Bay House, Eos and Gaia to accommodate up to 20 guests. This is a perfect set up for large group celebrations or intimate weddings. Kalamaki Bay House sleeps up to ten guests, stylishly furnished in neutral tones with a spacious living room, kitchen/diner and well-equipped media room. The villa also features five wonderful bedrooms with en suites and a private terrace. A twelve metre infinity pool is perfectly placed to enjoy the splendid views, joined by a pool house with kitchenette and outdoor shower. Gaia is similarly positioned with outstanding sea views from its infinity pool. The villa sleeps six, complete with an open plan living room, fully-equipped kitchen and three en suite bedrooms. Eos is designed to accommodate four guests, a smaller property with equally stunning interiors decorated in a warm, neutral colour palette. Head inside to discover a spacious living area, modern kitchen and two lovely bedrooms with unbelievable sea views.
The views from each villa are far reaching across the sea and towards the mountains of Albania. The soft sands of Kalamaki Beach are just a five minutes' drive from each property, while nearby restaurants and boat hire in Kassiopi are a further 5 minutes. Concierge service is an added luxury at the estate, where an incredible team can arrange a selection of additional extras and to ensure that guests are very well looked after. By renting these villas together, guests can benefit from a large central dining terrace and a luxurious Jacuzzi.

Important Information
Please advise how you would like the beds to be made up on booking.
Please note the use of P20 sun cream and Mrs White’s Mosquito Repellent is banned in Kalamaki Bay House as these particular brands can cause very bad staining on sheets, towels and sun beds. The owners of the villa therefore ask that guests do not bring P20 sun cream or Mrs White’s spray with them on holiday and do not use either inside the villa or in any of the outside areas
Concierge
The concierge is non-resident but will visit as required and is contactable 6 days per week. The concierge will gladly arrange a selection of additional services, most of which should be booked in advance and all are at an additional cost.

Average weather
Corfu’s north coast, where the lower slopes of its highest mountain Pantokrator sink below the waves, is gentler than the north-east, and provides excellent bathing too. The stretch between Kalamaki and St. Spiridion faces the mountains of Albania stacked up across the straits; it is quiet and user-friendly, yet close enough to buzzing towns like Kassiopi and Roda for tastes of a party atmosphere. A holiday in Perithia, puts you in the island’s oldest village, sitting three kilometres behind and well above the coast, about half-way to Pantokator’s summit.

boat HIRE
There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. UK boat licences will no longer be valid in Europe from January 2021 due to Brexit. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
