About the villa
In a blissful seafront setting, this very contemporary villa is creatively designed and furnished with stylish simplicity, combining uncluttered elegance with arty touches, perfectly framed by décor in muted natural hues. An exceptional choice for two couples, the peaceful villa is the last word in indoor/outdoor living. From its eco-friendly turf roof to its paved poolside patio, the house is uniquely individual. The thirteen metre swimming pool and glass-walled living area fit together like two pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, with the pool seeming to come into the sitting room; the kitchen, dining area and rustic timber bar taking on the characteristics of a pool house.
Stone stairs lead to the first floor, where an indoor Jacuzzi complements two beautifully spacious bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and a private balcony. And the whole house looks out to sumptuous sea views and the silhouette of a little offshore island. Secluded but far from reclusive, the garden leads down to steps that offer direct access to the sea. The villa's also just 900 metres from shops, tavernas and the beach of St Spiridon, and a short drive from Acharavi and Kassiopi.

Corfu’s north coast, where the lower slopes of its highest mountain Pantokrator sink below the waves, is gentler than the north-east, and provides excellent bathing too. The stretch between Kalamaki and St. Spiridion faces the mountains of Albania stacked up across the straits; it is quiet and user-friendly, yet close enough to buzzing towns like Kassiopi and Roda for tastes of a party atmosphere. A holiday in Perithia, puts you in the island’s oldest village, sitting three kilometres behind and well above the coast, about half-way to Pantokator’s summit.
