Set in gardens of 6000m ², the villa is generously proportioned and thoughtfully equipped, indoors and out, encouraging open-air living with a built-in barbecue area and ample shaded, vine covered terraces furnished for dining and relaxing. Inside there is an airy high ceilinged sitting room with dining area opening to the terraces, a separate modern kitchen with breakfast area and a pantry and utility room. From one end of the dining room, there is access to the pretty, spacious, bright master bedroom with en suite bathroom. A hallway from the dining area leads to two further twin bedrooms with intricate artwork, one with an en suite bathroom and one with an adjacent full bathroom.
