Elegantly refurbished to enhance its historic charm with contemporary luxury, this traditional stone house is set in a landscape unchanged in centuries. The extensive gardens, connected by paved paths, lead to a magnificent heated pool from which the stunning surroundings can be observed. A pool house and a covered al fresco dining area with cushioned seating and out door speakers  complete the outdoor surroundings of the villa.

Combining classic Italian and modern styles, this villa has been furnished with furniture made by local artisans. The ground floor is made up of an entrance hall containing a rustic pizza oven, a state of the art Italian Valcucina open plan kitchen connected to the dining area, and a generous living room with a fireplace. The first of the four bedrooms on the upper floor can be made-up as a super king size double or a twin room and has an en suite shower room. Two more double bedrooms with shower rooms and one further double with en suite bathroom complete the first floor.  Additional features of this villa  include the state-of-the-art gym on the lower ground floor with Technogym equipment and weights, bench and yoga mats. The Annexe that contains an additional double bedroom with en suite shower room and the main entertainment room with a large Smart TV with surround sound system.

This villa is just 4 km away from San Secondo and 13 km from all amenities in Trestina.

'The villa was absolutely perfect, tastefully appointed and situated in a beautiful garden with a glorious pool, in a quiet and scenic part of Umbria. The house manager was super efficient. The design of the villa made it ideal for entertaining our family. We did not want to leave!'

Please note that there is a European tourist tax payable on arrival to the House Manager. This only applies to guests over 12 years and the  amount  varies from €1 .5 to €6 per person and is set by the local council. Further details will be advised prior to arrival.   

Having a barbecue in Italy is one of the best ways to cook your food but you may find that due to long drought periods in high season barbecuing may be restricted in some areas. You will be informed if this is the case.

Please note children from 8 years only. Additional single beds can be provided to make double room into twin bedrooms if required. Maximum occupancy remains 10 people.
