In an exceptional location on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, Podere Montefelice is a show stopping villa for up to 14 guests. The location of this house is hard to beat and whilst it feels perfectly secluded, Antognolla Golf Club House and Restaurant is just 3km away, while further amenities in  San Giovanni del Pantano are just 7 minutes away by car. Inside the house is handsome and spacious with accommodation split between three floors. The ground floor comprises a well-equipped country style kitchen, a formal dining room and a comfortable sitting room with an open fireplace and wood-beamed ceilings, which opens onto the gardens. Outside a vast terrace spans the length of the house, with a shaded area for al fresco dining while enjoying the view. 

Up on the first floor there is one en suite double bedroom and the master suite, which features an inviting freestanding bath tub. The lower ground floor comprises a further double bedroom, which opens to the garden and a twin bunk room that’s perfect for children; a shower room completes this floor. The beautifully decorated pool house in burnt orange hues is fantastic for groups of friends travelling together, as there is further accommodation for four guests between two en suite bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen opening to the gardens. 

The private infinity pool is one of our favourite features at this property, perfectly positioned for uninterrupted countryside views. A poolside terrace is furnished with loungers and parasols beside a further shaded seating area. Meanwhile, the villa’s concierge can help with everything from restaurant reservations to in-villa beauty treatment.
