Offering sea views from its various outdoor living spaces, Villa Montemare is a spacious and contemporary villa in Puglia. Set in five acres of land, the villa boasts stylish, modern décor and contemporary architecture. Inside, enjoy an airy kitchen, living and dining space, designed with stylish, minimalist furniture and trendy neutral tones. Each of the villa's three bedrooms are beautifully designed with a super-king size bed, an en suite and access to the terraces. The master bedroom also boasts an in-room bath.
Outside, guests can make the most of the Puglian sunshine poolside with two pergolas. or at the outdoor kitchen and covered dining area. There is also a rooftop dining and 'chlllout' terrace. Here, guests will discover a seating and dining area and small space to prepare food, which includes a sink and small fridge. The villa provides an indulgent two pools, one of which is heated. Though Villa Montemare is very private, it is located within a ten to fifteen minute drive from Monopoli, with its charmng and excellent restaurants and great shopping. Monopoli has a very pretty historic centre and we recommend thatt you arrive in the early morning or late afternoon and walk from one of the old churches to the old ;port to see where fishermen sit mending nets and gossiping in local dialect. We also recommend that you stroll past the medieval castle and along the city walls, stopping for a spritz on the roof of the Don Ferrante hotel before arriving at Lido Bianco, one of our favourtite fish restaurants for lunch or dinner. Polignano a Mare is one of the most picturesque sea side towns in Puglia and there are many boutiques with artisan items and restaurants.
Please note that this villa will be finished by June 2023 and professional photography will be available then.
