In a sought after location, this elegant villa is stepped into the hillside above St. Stephano, quietly cushioned among mature trees, yet within easy reach of the pretty harbour village below. Villa Felicia stands out from the crowd with its crimson walls, colonnaded terraces and mosaic infinity pool and jacuzzi. Inside, on the contrary is decorated in neutral shades with a minimalist, contemporary feel. Air-conditioned throughout, the villa’s open-plan kitchen/dining room is on a raised level with doors to an al fresco sitting room terrace overlooking the beautiful bay. Below, at either side of the swimming pool - so ideal for a morning dip, two double bedrooms are each privately accessed only from the garden. The top floor of the house is shared by a third double bedroom and the master suite, which opens on to a balcony with blissful views; while outside, paved paths lead through lawned gardens to a dining area under the trees. The shops, beach and harbour-front tavernas of St Stephano are just a ten minute walk away via a shady path, or a short drive.

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.

Average weather

As you navigate the winding hill dotted with olive trees and beehives, St Stephano glimpsed far below looks every bit the archetypal Greek fishing village. Lining a horseshoe-shaped bay facing the Albanian mountains, it is a scattering of houses, a succession of tavernas, and a series of jetties, all set in a wooded amphitheatre dotted with elegant villas and cypress trees. It is striking, yet still has working fishing boats; a St Stephano holiday is a retreat of simple pleasures.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
