About the villa

Splendito is quietly positioned on olive groves slopes, just above a quiet cove. Its spacious outdoor terrace provides plenty of space, with a stylish bar area, built-in barbecue and pool house. Its open plan living, dining and kitchen area located on the ground floor is welcoming, well equipped and comfortably furnished in soft muted tones. A spacious double bedroom with a shower en suite is also located on this floor. 

As you move upstairs to the first floor you will find two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, each with a shower room en suite and each room opens to shared  furnished terrace. The master bedroom is also located on this floor providing a spacious shower room and large private terrace. Kalami and Kouloura beaches are within easy reach, and the villa is a 5.5km drive from both Kassiopi and 5.8km from San Stephano.

Yialiskari, Kalami & Kouloura

Average weather

Kalami, Kouloura, and Yialiskari are among the prettiest villages on Corfu’s north-east coast. Their collective character attracted writer Lawrence Durrell to the area before World War II. In Kalami you can eat and sleep in the White House, where Durrell and his wife settled, and view memorabilia and cuttings about the man. Kouloura, in the next bay, has a nautical feel, the oldest harbour on that coast, dating from Byzantine times, and is protected by a stone wall. Yialiskari holidays are usually spent on the village’s sandy beach; it is sheltered by impressive rocks that plunge straight into the sea.

BOAT HIRE

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
