With a beachfront setting that would be hard to beat, this family villa in Corfu has a garden gate directly on to Kerasia’s pebble shore, and is within walking distance of St Stephano harbour too.

This is a villa which offers a taste of timeless Corfu, where gorgeous seafront gardens are screened for privacy with mature trees, sprinkled with flowers and blossoming shrubs, and criss-crossed with paved pathways, including a vine-draped pergola arch leading straight to the beach. The two-storey house has colour-washed walls, shuttered windows and two apartments, one on each floor. Within the walled grounds are quiet corners, shady lawns, a built-in barbecue, and a ten metre swimming pool in a sun-soaked terrace, all enjoyed by guests in both the Upper and Lower apartments.So when Sophia is booked as a whole, the house is ideal for two families, offering a level of privacy for each. Separately, each apartment is self-contained, with individual access and doors to outdoor space.  The Upper apartment has balconies woven with burgeoning bougainvillea, a double and twin bedroom, each with air conditioning, and an open-plan living/dining room with white walls, pale tiled floors and doors to the balcony.
The Upper and Lower apartments can be booked separately or together.

Boat Hire

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
