With its walls colour-washed in peachy tones, its windows shuttered in traditional green, and its grounds a haven of grapevines, old olive trees and cottage garden flowers, this welcoming villa is classic Corfu. But the location, directly beside one of the island’s best beaches, makes it far from ‘standard’. Owned by a local family who have always made the comfort of their guests a priority, the two storey villa comprises two very similar self-contained apartments, one on each floor, and each with its own separate access and ample shaded balcony/terrace space. If booked as a whole, the house is perfect for two families holidaying together, giving each family a degree of privacy.

The two apartments share facilities in the garden including a generously sized swimming pool and built-in barbecue. Sophia Lower apartment is furnished in comfortably uncluttered style and has a spacious open-plan sitting/dining room, with terracotta tiled floors and doors to the covered terrace, and two bedrooms, each with air conditioning. There are loungers on Kerasia beach right on the doorstep. The UPPER and Lower apartments can be booked separately or together.

Boat Hire

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
