About the villa

Apolonia is a contemporary stone villa with all mod cons needed for a relaxing modern holiday. On the ground floor there is a large, well-equipped kitchen and generously sized open plan lounge

Apolonia is a contemporary stone villa with all mod cons needed for a relaxing modern holiday. On the ground floor there is a large, well-equipped kitchen and generously sized open plan lounge and dining area, with large windows that flood the space with sunlight. French doors open on to the pool terrace and outdoor dining area. The living space has wooden ceilings, tile floors and white walls, giving a clean, light and airy feel which is carried through to the rest of the house. 

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all with en suite shower rooms. Two of these bedrooms open out to the pool terrace, while the third opens to the gardens at the front of the house. The lower ground floor features another two bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and one an en suite bathroom, as well as a gym and home theatre.

The master bedroom is found on the first floor, complete with an en suite shower room and balcony. The house is equipped with the latest technology including plasma TVs in 5 out of the 6 bedrooms, as well as black-out blinds, WiFi and tablets available for guests, a PS3, and a cinema room with a 55’’ TV. There is a Sonos music system, allowing users to listen to radio stations, shows and podcasts from around the world, use apps such as Spotify, or listen to their personal music collections.  It is also the first house in Corfu to implement the Control 4 system, a smart-house system allowing guests to easily control the temperature, lighting and shutters through the tablets provided. The main attraction however is the stunning infinity pool with spectacular sea views. The pool and surrounding terrace is the perfect spot to soak up the Greek sun, or enjoy a sundowner at the end of another relaxing day.

Average weather

Capital of Corfu’s north-east, Kassiopi is a thriving harbour and resort. Within a ring of souvenir and beach shops, it has a heart of gold: a cleanly-paved harbour, well-tended gardens, benches for the weary, and smart shops, restaurants, and cafés. Pleasure craft and cruise boats jostle for mooring space with small trawlers. Canons point out to sea, their threat long faded, against a backdrop of stylish Kassiopi villas and apartments rising in terraces from the harbour. A holiday in the hamlet of Kelia lies on the hillside above, within walking distance of the town.

boat Hire 

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
