About the villa
With various terraces furnished for al fresco dining, lounging and sundowners, and with fantastic views along the coast and across the sea to mountains of Albania, this luxury villa in Corfu is beautifully designed with fine attention to detail. Using a calm colour palette in soft tones of clay and chalk, the large, light and luxurious rooms are all stylishly furnished, with plump cushioned sofas and chunky rustic wood in the spacious sitting room, a smart white state-of-the-art kitchen diner, and a well-equipped media room with a library of books and DVDs.
The chic master suite has French doors on to its own private entertaining terrace with a jacuzzi and ping pong, offering flexibility for families or groups of friends, each of the three twin bedrooms can be made up for use as a super king size bed. In the hillside, tree-shaded gardens, a twelve metre infinity pool is placed to enjoy the splendid views, joined by a pool house with kitchenette and outdoor shower.
Owner managed and offering concierge services, the villa is just 1km from Kalamaki’s long sandy beach, and within easy reach of livelier Kassiopi.

Important Information
Due to the position of these villas we highly recommend car hire to ensure you have access to a variety of tavernas, amenities and supermarkets.
Please advise how you would like the beds to be made up on booking.
Please note the use of P20 sun cream and Mrs White’s Mosquito Repellent is banned in Kalamaki Bay House as these particular brands can cause very bad staining on sheets, towels and sun beds. The owners of the villa therefore ask that guests do not bring P20 sun cream or Mrs White’s spray with them on holiday and do not use either inside the villa or in any of the outside areas
Concierge
The concierge is non-resident but will visit as required and is contactable 6 days per week. The concierge will gladly arrange a selection of additional services, most of which should be booked in advance and all are at an additional cost.

Average weather
Corfu’s north coast, where the lower slopes of its highest mountain Pantokrator sink below the waves, is gentler than the north-east, and provides excellent bathing too. The stretch between Kalamaki and St. Spiridion faces the mountains of Albania stacked up across the straits; it is quiet and user-friendly, yet close enough to buzzing towns like Kassiopi and Roda for tastes of a party atmosphere. A holiday in Perithia, puts you in the island’s oldest village, sitting three kilometres behind and well above the coast, about half-way to Pantokator’s summit.

boat HIRE
There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
