This beautiful villa and the discreet and efficient service of the excellent house team offer guests the highest levels of luxury and service, for a truly relaxing break. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan living/dining area with an impressive, fully equipped kitchen. This space has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors in both the kitchen and living room, flooding the room with light and providing access to the pool terrace and the shady courtyard with lounge area. Also on the ground floor you’ll find two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, and the first of two stunning master suites with dressing rooms and en suite bathrooms. 

All the bedrooms on the ground floor have large glass doors providing access either to the pool terrace or courtyard. The first floor is occupied solely by the second master suite, with its own private balcony. Outside, the beautiful private pool and patio area is served by a very smart bar and outdoor kitchen, and surrounded by landscaped gardens. A few steps down from the pool lead to a further seating area with incredible sea views, perfect for sundowners. A paved pathway, lit at night, meanders down through the grounds to a private bathing platform, complete with sunbeds and easy access into the water; there's also a landing platform for boats, so guests can enjoy a day on the water and be dropped off straight back to the villa. Nearby there are some pretty pebble beaches, and San Stephano and Kassiopi are an easy drive away.

Important Information

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the holiday cost is required at the time of booking.

As at many houses in Greece, there are various unprotected drops on the property including from the pool terrace to the lower garden so care should be taken at all times.

Whilst the preferred changeover day is Monday, flexibility on this and duration may be granted upon request.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

The concierge is non-resident but will visit as required and is contactable 6 days per week. The concierge will gladly make any arrangements for you to make your stay memorable and can be contacted in advance upon request.

Car hire can be pre-booked through CV Villas with collection at the airport or port of arrival, and in some cases the hire car can be delivered to the villa for an additional charge. Please ask for details.

boat Hire 

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
