Villa Champêtre is a lovely family villa nestled in the heart of the Périgord Vert. Set on the edge of a small forest, the estate overlooks fields and woodlands. This lovely farmhouse was recently renovated in a timeless style, offering total elegance and comfort. The living room is warm and spacious, with large French windows opening to incredible landscapes that stretch as far as the eye can see. The spacious dining area is bright and airy, while the fully-equipped kitchen perfectly combines modern elements with classic style. Upstairs are four lovely double bedrooms. 

The villa has two terraces for exceptional outdoor living. The covered terrace, with its outdoor kitchen, is the perfect spot for al fresco dinners, The other terrace, facing the woods and large clearing, is great for soaking in the sun and the views. The private pool is ideal for cooling off after an afternoon in the sun. Nearby Brantôme is well-worth a visit, also known as the Venice of Perigord, with the oldest clock tower in France, a lovely market on Fridays, a bakery and restaurants. Amenities can be found just 5km away in Mareuil.
