Set in a private domaine, this stylish, contemporary villa is the perfect choice for an adult or family party, offering very good privacy and seclusion but within easy reach of sandy beaches and nearby Sainte-Maxime. Spend lazy days relaxing on the comfortable terraces and admiring the sparkling views of the bay, while others  splash in the heatable private pool.  Inside there are four contemporary styled bedrooms, three on the ground floor, two of which are located at the front of the property and open onto the garden with its sea views, and one at the back of the house. On the first floor the Master bedroom has a spacious shower room and again looks out towards the sea. 

The open plan living/dining/kitchen room has French doors allowing you to step out to the terrace to a comfortable seating area looking out to sea. Leading off the sitting room a very well equipped modern kitchen is  with breakfast bar which leads out to a covered dining terrace for alfresco dining.  The property is a short drive to a sandy beach at Nartelle and Saint Tropez can be easily reached via a shuttle boat which you can catch from nearby Saint-Maxime.

Sandwiched between an azure bay and the rocky outcrops of the Var, the St.-Tropez peninsula offers a patchwork of scenery and experiences. To the west, sun-kissed St. Tropez flaunts its pastel-shaded streets and dinky old port where the glitterati anchor luxury yachts. To the east Fréjus is famed for its Roman ruins and Episcopal baptistery; and the beaches of St. Raphael are frequented by water-sports lovers. Add to this the volcanic, red Massif de l’Estérel, whose peaks are perfect for hiking expeditions, and in the Bay of St. Tropez you have yourself one varied holiday destination.
