Adjacent to the terrace, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen features double ovens, a central prep island, and direct outdoor access for easy entertaining, complemented by a dedicated indoor TV room. 

Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom, and flexible layouts well tailored to multi-generational groups or two families traveling together. Three of the bedrooms open directly onto the poolside decking for immediate morning dips. Conveniently located along the northwest coast, the villa sits within walking distance of Mullins Beach, while the shops, markets, and dining of both Speightstown and Holetown are under a ten-minute drive away.

50% Deposit required for any bookings travelling between (or including) the 20th December and the 10th January. 25% at any other times. Please note there is a minimum stay of 14 nights over the Christmas period, special booking conditions apply. 

Late departure: should you wish to guarantee a late check-out after 1200 hrs on departure day, an additional charge may apply and staffing arrangements may vary. In the event that the villa cannot accommodate a late check out, day passes are available at other facilities. Please enquire on booking.
