This one level sanctuary surrounded by palm trees is a spectacular villa with boundless amounts of space and a tasteful modern design. Perfect for families and groups, the sociable layout of Palm Tree Villa is ideal for anyone looking to unwind and spend some quality time with their loved ones. 

Relax with the cream tone interiors and indulge in the plush furnishings that run throughout the villa. An open plan area with bounds of natural light, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, lavish dining area and grand living space with high ceilings. Further on, a master bedroom with shower room en suite can be found, alongside an additional three double bedrooms and bathrooms. 

To ensure utmost entertainment, a bar, four seater island unit and a media room can be found inside, whilst outside, a dining terrace with barbecue grill, private pool and on site golf course can be enjoyed. Take in the picturesque backdrop, sit back and become acquainted with island living.

This villa is perfectly positioned to not only provide privacy, but to offer convenience. A handful of amenities are just a short walk away. Guests can enjoy exclusive access to the Sandy Lane beach club where an onsite bar and private cabana are available for anyone looking to elevate their beachside experience.

Average weather

St. James parish runs along the central stretch of the island’s west—the Platinum Coast. Its white-sand beaches are backed by luxury hotels and villas including Sandy Lane, long patronized by royals and film stars. The seaside settlement of Holetown is at the centre of the parish: its bars, restaurants, and craft shops have a laid-back, local vibe. The Holetown Festival each February, one to catch on a St. James holiday, celebrates its status as the first British settlement on Barbados, with live music and a street fair.

Essential Information

50% Deposit required for any bookings travelling between (or including) the 20th December and the 10th January. 25% at any other times. Please note there is a minimum stay of 14 nights over the Christmas period, special booking conditions apply. 

Late departure: should you wish to guarantee a late check-out after 1200 hrs on departure day, an additional charge may apply and staffing arrangements may vary. In the event that the villa cannot accommodate a late check out, day passes are available at other facilities. Please enquire on booking.
