1. Boat trips
Corfu is well-known for the plethora of boats bobbing along its coastline, and there are plenty of rental options available if you want to explore the coast yourself. This island is best seen from the water: head across to the pretty Paxi islands, gaze upon the sun-bleached rocks of Voutoumi Beach, or simply laze the day away with a picnic on the cyan waters.

2. Walking

This is the best (and probably most rewarding) way to discover all the varied landscapes Corfu has to offer, from olive groves to narrow gorges and juniper dunes.

Kalami also offers a number of fantastic shops and restaurants. Avlaki Beach, with its crystal-clear waters, is perfect for snorkeling. Dassia is another great spot for all kinds of water sports, known for its friendly and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

4. Horse riding

There are plenty of stables and riding centres near Kassiopi, on Corfu’s northeast side, as well as in Issos in the southwest.
