Villa Ayaz is a stunningly contemporary property located within easy reach of sunny Kalkan. Head inside to discover an uber-modern open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, beautifully furnished in neutral tones. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead out onto the terrace, boasting extraordinary seascapes and an abundance of natural light. Upstairs, guests will discover three spacious en suite bedrooms consisting of two doubles and one twin, each opening onto a wonderful balcony. The third floor is home to the double master bedroom suite, which is spacious, modern and kitted with a freestanding Jacuzzi bathtub overlooking the sea views. The villa also features a large gym with a treadmill, exercise bikes and weights.

Outside, guests will enjoy warm evenings on the terrace, complete with an al fresco dining area, private pool, lounge area and over-water daybeds. The villa is located just a 25 minute walk or two minute drive from Kalkan, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes to enjoy. Zest and Kalamar beach clubs are both located less than 3km away.
