In a secluded countryside location, yet just 3km from Pollensa and 6km from Puerto Pollensa, this very popular villa is a fine choice for a family holiday. Set in gardens of 6000m ², the villa is generously proportioned and thoughtfully equipped, indoors and out, encouraging open-air living with a built-in barbecue area and ample shaded, vine covered terraces furnished for dining and relaxing. Inside there is an airy high ceilinged sitting room with dining area opening to the terraces, a separate modern kitchen with breakfast area and a pantry and utility room. From one end of the dining room, there is access to the pretty, spacious, bright master bedroom with en suite bathroom. A hallway from the dining area leads to two further twin bedrooms with intricate artwork, one with an en suite bathroom and one with an adjacent full bathroom. The pool is set among spacious sun terraces and there are ample lawned gardens at the rear of the property. Early booking essential.
